During 4th of July reception, Ambassador Wayne honored Norma Gonzalez, Executive Director Fulbright Comission, and Maria del Carmen Galloni, Globe Program Coordination, in recognition of their hard work in building friendship ties and mutual understanding between Argentina and the United States.
