AMBASSADOR MEETS ONCCA’S RICARDO ECHEGARAY

Ambassador Wayne paid a visit to the head of the ONCCA Agricultural Trade Control National Bureau, Ricardo Echegaray, Monday, August 4. The Ambassador congratulated Echegaray for his appointment at the ONCCA. He also thanked Echegaray for the cooperation he promoted with the Embassy while at the helm of Argentina’s Customs and hoped for an equally fruitful relationship between the ONCCA and the Embassy’s agriculture affairs staff. Mr. Echegaray provided an overview of ONCCA's mission and operations and said he looked forward to a cooperative relationship with the Embassy.
